Foxhall Global Trends Fund Management is based on a Disciplined 3-Step Investment Process:

Step 1: Determine the direction of the Long Term Global Stock Market Trend

FOXHALL'S Trend Recognition Technology™ is applied to determine the direction of the Long Term Market Trends in the Global Stock Markets.  The basic methodology is called “Trend Following.”

Step 2: Portfolio Composition
During persistent up trends (Bull Markets), Foxhall determines a mix Global Developed Markets, Commodities/Hard Assets and Emerging Markets intended to provide diversified exposure to the Global Stock Markets.

During persistent down trends (Bear Markets), preserving capital replaces growth as the primary investment objective. It is during these downward trending markets that Foxhall is likely to sell stock holdings and buy money market funds, short term U.S. treasury notes and other investments that are intended to protect investors against capital loss of the loss of purchasing power due to inflation.

Step 3: Securities Selection

The Advisor utilizes a proprietary analytical process that combines analysis of common financial ratios such as price to earnings, free cash flow, and return on equity with “relative strength” analysis to identify a universe of stocks that have potential for growth.

The final step of the stock selection process is to apply certain “values-based” non-financial screening that is intended to identify and exclude companies that support traditional family values and positive global values such as respect for human life and dignity, while avoiding industries and activities that do not support human life, and/or promote pornography, gambling, alcohol and tobacco production.

The Fund may invest in Underlying Funds, including mutual funds, closed-end funds and ETF, including short or leveraged ETFs. As a result the Fund will indirectly bear investment management fees of the underlying funds in addition to the investment management fees and expenses of the Fund. In some instances it may be less expensive for an investor to invest in the Underlying Funds directly. There is also a risk that investment advisers of those Underlying Funds may make investment decisions that are detrimental to the performance of the Fund. Investments in Underlying Funds or securities that invest in foreign equity and debt securities could subject the Fund to greater risks including, currency fluctuation, economic conditions, and different governmental and accounting standards.   The fund may also be subject to interest rate risk, values based screening risk, derivatives risk, and high turnover risk and may be better suited for more aggressive investors who are comfortable with frequent short-term changes in value.
